Goals for October:
- Get out of this funk and get motivated again so that I can finish this current am care rotation and my med rotation strong before my block off!
- Stop procrastinating on/being scared of Residency prep for CSHP seminar.
- Stop being gross and go to the gym at least 2x/week.
- Stop buying fast food thinking it is the answer to my misery when it actually makes me more miserable (my tummy’s getting too old to tolerate fast food!) after I finish eating all of it.
- Fake it (pretend I’m not tired) till I make it!
- Stop doubting myself and start being okay with not knowing things even if I study my ass off.
- Be nicer to myself!
